The staff at Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Jimbocho were incredibly accommodating. I had an early morning flight and they kindly arranged for my breakfast to be served earlier than usual. They even adjusted the temperature in my room upon request. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the Jimbocho subway station and plenty of nearby restaurants. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, close to Jimbocho metro station. Easy check-in process. Basic amenities available, including a small coin laundry room on the 5th floor. Friendly English-speaking staff. Small but comfortable room, clean bathroom, and good WiFi. Lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Jimbocho subway station, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. It is also within walking distance to Tokyo Palace, Akibahara electronic shops, and shopping streets in Ueno. The staff is friendly and provides helpful directions. The rooms are clean and quiet, with spacious bathrooms and amenities.

One minor inconvenience is that the nearest station, Jimbocho, may require two transfers to reach, which can be a bit inconvenient for some travelers.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! the location was perfect - situated in a quiet side street, it was peaceful and serene. Plus, it was so convenient to have easy access to public transport along the street on the left. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. And lastly, the breakfast included was a wonderful surprise - it provided just the right amount of delicious food to start my day off right.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops. the room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the fact that we could buy a tourist daypass and use all the metro lines for the entire day was a great advantage and saved us a lot of money. having free Wi-Fi in the room was very convenient.

The breakfast wasn't the best. As a vegetarian, I asked multiple times for no ham in my breakfast box, but it was still included.
