My experience at Vila Recife was utterly disappointing. The noise from housekeeping early in the morning was unbearable. furniture scraping and loud conversations constantly woke me up. I felt like I was living in a noisy hostel rather than a hotel, and that lack of respect for guests' privacy and peace is inexcusable.

I was woken up at 8am by the cleaning staff's loud chattering and furniture dragging, a total disgrace! To top it off, I didn’t even recieve a complimentary gesture for my hassle. My room was also incredibly dusty with ants everywhere. I really wanted to like this place, but I just couldn’t.

My room had a decent view of the area's natural beauty. On the last morning, I experienced a lot of noise from nearby bars, but I communicated with the staff, and they were helpful. It reminded me of the lively nights back home in Italy. I would stay again.
