Comfortable lounge and bar with a great view. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Tasty Japanese BBQ just outside the hotel.

We didn't have to worry about our early flight as the hotel is conveniently located next to Terminal 3. The staff went above and beyond when our baby fell ill, helping us find an emergency hospital and arranging transportation for us. We also enjoyed the nearby shops, restaurants, and the comfortable lounge and bar area. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and convenient location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. It is directly connected to the third terminal of the nearby airport, which makes it very accessible. the hotel has a beautiful view of a nearby river, which adds to its charm. the hotel has an excellent breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from.

The spa facilities are advertised as 24 hours, but they are not available for use between 9am and 1pm due to cleaning processes. we were charged for a full night's stay for an early check-in.

We also loved the location, as it was convenient for transportation to various attractions, such as the rooftop spa and Grand Nikka in Daiba. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, both in terms of service and quality.
