The staff were super friendly and helpful, always giving great recommendations and organizing trips like Halong Bay for us. The rooms were mind-blowing - large, clean, and with nice showers. The bed was jaw-droppingly comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was right in the heart of the action, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. They even stored our luggage when we went away. This place is a real gem!

I loved that it was within walking distance to the vibrant Walking Street and Night markets, as well as numerous dining options. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of dishes and the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
