The rooms are larger than the standard in Tokyo and are well-designed with plenty of sockets and amenities. The breakfast selection is varied, with daily changing types of rice dishes and soups. The staff is professional, helpful, and provides excellent service.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the train station made it very convenient to explore the city. Plus, having local attractions like Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Hills within walking distance was a bonus. The price for the weekend stay was also reasonable, which was a good deal.

The chairs were heavily stained and there was visible mold on the wallpaper and in the bathroom. The room definitely needed a revamp.

It was also within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and the vibrant Roppongi district. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a microwave on both the ground floor and the 5th floor. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, providing outstanding service. The room was bigger than the typical size in this city, and it was very clean. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was really good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, we were only a short walk away from a vibrant restaurant/bar/club area. The staff were friendly and helpful, directing us to a nearby hotel that offered a shuttle bus to the airport. The room itself was nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a great experience overall.

I loved staying here! It was incredibly convenient being right above Roppongi Itchome metro station, making getting around so easy. The staff here are excellent, always happy to help and with good English skills. The room was spacious and clean, with everything I needed, including a TV and free Wi-Fi. I appreciated having the small amenities like an electric kettle and free toiletries.
