The hotel room was exceptionally cramped for my family of five, making it difficult to manage our luggage. At check-in, I was frustrated that we needed to provide passports for every family member, including my infant, which added unnecessary delays. While I expected a better breakfast experience, there were limited options and the ones available didn't appeal to my children. Overall, the lack of trust evident in their check-in process felt off-putting.

Just had an awesome group trip! The location is perfect, super close to spots like Ariake Arena and Tennis Park, so we caught some live sports. The metro is a short walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything during our stay. Highly recommend checking it out for friends traveling together!
