We were impressed by the beautiful and well-equipped rooms with daily cleaning and beach amenities. the beach staff provided excellent service, and the location allowed for a peaceful stay. the nearby food recommendations were delicious. Overall, I’ll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Boardwalk Village was fantastic! We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a seamless check-in process, thanks to the accommodating staff. the recently renovated rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities like air conditioning that worked perfectly. the friendly and helpful staff, including Garvin and Garfield at the restaurant, made us feel right at home. the beachfront location was a major highlight, with complimentary lounges, umbrellas, and even a beachside BBQ serving delicious seafood daily.

The Boardwalk Village was an awesome place to stay in Negril. the room was immaculate, spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. the staff at the beach were attentive and made me feel comfortable. the beach itself was beautiful and not too crowded. I loved the picturesque property, including the turtle pond and colorful decor. the location was great, being beachfront and close to everything. the staff, especially Elaine at the front desk, were professional and friendly.

I always return for the weekend. Staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones. the place fits me perfectly. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness center. Plus, services like massages, manicures, and activities such as snorkeling and horseback riding.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and close to other resorts. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, providing us with the ultimate comfort and relaxation. We especially loved the delicious food at the restaurant, and the lobster grill was an absolute must-try! The hotel also went above and beyond to make my birthday special, ordering a cake for me that was absolutely amazing. the service, location, and amenities provided by this hotel were top-notch, making our stay unforgettable.

Spending Christmas was an amazing experience at this beachfront hotel! the bed was super comfy and the spacious room had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and cozy restaurants. We loved spending time lounging on the comfortable beach chairs and the staff was always there to assist us. the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms and the beach, was exceptional. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices, and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The limited parking was a minor inconvenience, but the security guards were very accommodating. the shower water pressure was somewhat low, but the managers quickly addressed this issue by moving us to another room.

The water was calm and warm, perfect for a relaxing swim. The lobster grill was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a delicious cake. The location is beachfront and great for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen for convenience.
