The car was conveniently waiting for me in front of the lobby, and my shoes were ready for me upon my return in the evening. The next morning, they checked the weather forecast for my planned activities. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. While the meals weren't the best I've had, they were still enjoyable. The temperature in the room was a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of room temperature settings, but opening the window resolved the issue. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a first-class experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to park our car conveniently, and the staff even helped us program the Japanese SatNav. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to a local restaurant that didn't have any English signage or menu. Additionally, the hotel was situated near a beautiful beach and offered stunning views of Mount Hakodate after dinner service. The breakfast provided was superb and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The level of service at the hotel was incredible. the staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make us feel taken care of. the dinner and breakfast provided were absolutely amazing. the food was delicious and some of the best I've had in a long time. the room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The additional charges for soft drinks during meals felt unnecessary and should have been included in the overall price of the stay. It was disappointing that we couldn't return to the hotel after checking out to collect our bags and use the facilities before our flight.

I recently stayed at an incredible hotel in Hakodate called Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort. My partner and I stayed there for a few nights to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the food was absolutely amazing, some of the best Washoku we've had in a long time. The room was spacious and had a massive double king bed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The private onsen was also a highlight, providing a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, we learned from a taxi driver that even Emperor Hirohito had stayed at this location in 1954. That really speaks to the level of luxury and prestige that this hotel offers.
