Breakfast was a real joke. no coffee, bland cereals, and no jams.

The staff, like Naz, were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Marwen even made me a delicious birthday cocktail. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and a nice beach with a clean sea.

The service at the lobby bar could use improvement, as we received a drink in a dirty glass with lipstick on it.

We spent the New Year holiday in this hotel and the location was great for watching the fireworks. the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. the pool was also nice and warm for a winter swim.

This hotel is a paradise! the luxurious exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, beach access. the body scrub, live entertainment, massage and treatment room were charming and relaxing.

The only negative aspect I could find was that the dinner service was a bit slow. But the staff was helpful with experiences that made up for any delay.
