I had a wonderful stay at Watermark Hotel Kyoto. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the environmentally-friendly approach, with the option to have the room serviced when I wanted. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The high-quality water made my skin feel amazing, and it was great to be able to drink it without any concerns. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, with delicious and affordable meals. a perfect stay!

During my recent stay at Watermark Hotel Kyoto, I was impressed by the fantastic service provided by the staff. Upon my arrival, a male staff member assisted me by allowing me to leave my luggage while I explored the city. Later on, when I returned to check in, a young female staff member offered me early check-in, even though it was just four minutes before the official check-in time. I appreciated their flexibility and understanding. The hotel's location was also excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Gojo station and within a short distance to attractions like Gion and various temples. The room itself was clean and elegantly designed, combining modern and traditional elements. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the bath and shower area. Additionally, the reception area was aesthetically pleasing, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. One of them was the paper-thin walls and ceiling in the room, which made it difficult to ignore the noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel had a good laundromat and a microwave, which was quite useful during my stay. The location was great as it was within walking distance of the subway station and several restaurants. the room was well-maintained, and the design was nice.

The check-in experience was not the best. We had some issues with the staff not understanding our room preferences, and they attempted to charge us an early check-in fee for only four minutes.

The hotel's location near a subway and bus station was very convenient for exploring Kyoto, as it was only a few stops away from the main station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the organic toiletries and the option to grab items like toothbrushes and tea packets from the lobby. The hotel also offered luggage storage, which was helpful for us since we arrived early and checked out early in the morning. a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on top of the Gojo subway station, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We didn't even have to take a taxi as everything was so close by. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. The room itself was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. We also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, and the availability of Wi-Fi. The hotel had excellent facilities such as laundry services and luggage storage, and the 24-hour reception and security added an extra level of convenience and peace of mind. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

The insulation of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated on a busy road but noise is not a problem. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with amenities like a bathtub and a phone cable for charging. The breakfast options are varied, with bento packages available for guests to choose from. the hotel offers facilities like a reception area and a small table and chairs for breakfast.

The room itself had a unique blend of modern and traditional Japanese aesthetics, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The big bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bath and shower facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Gojo station and within walking distance to Gion and other temples. The male staff member, who I believe may be the manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He allowed me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, so I could make the most of my time exploring. the experience was delightful.
