What a find! This hotel was perfect for my business trip. From the complementary toiletries to the amazing view from my room, I couldn't have asked for more. The location was incredibly convenient, with several key areas within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the rental bike spot right outside the entrance.

While my overall experience was great, there were a few minor details that could have been better. I did notice some piled up dust in certain areas of the room, and it would have been nice to have a Do Not Disturb sign readily available.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, both in the rooms and the common areas. The location was fantastic, with easy access to major train stations and a charming neighborhood just across the road. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, with a great selection of complimentary items. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple train stations, providing easy access to the city center and surrounding areas. Guests can easily explore the vibrant local dining scene and enjoy shopping at nearby department stores. The clean rooms offer high-quality shower facilities, and the modern design and good climate control create a pleasant ambiance.

Some less exposed areas in the rooms could benefit from more frequent vacuuming to prevent dust accumulation.

I highly recommend this hotel! the location is amazing as it is situated in a bustling area yet still quiet. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Thirdly, the rooms are cozy with a queen bed and all amenities included. Lastly, the breakfast was a good value for money. I especially enjoyed the hot water with great pressure and nice blackout curtains described in a previous review.

ibis budget made our stay in osaka enjoyable - clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. perfect location to explore umeda and nakazakicho. the staff even helped with our luggage and allowed us to store it before and after our stay. highly recommended!

I stayed at Ibis Budget for 3 nights with a group of friends and it was perfect for our budget. The twin room was quiet, had good air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The location was convenient, although a bit of a walk from the station. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making for a great stay overall.
