For my annual visit to the Snow and Ice Festival, I stayed at Wyndham Garden in a spacious room with a medium-firm bed. the hotel's central location was ideal with eateries and shopping nearby, including a Donki mega store. the minimalist black, white, and gray interior design was impressive, as was the courteous service that included complimentary drinks and delicious vanilla soft serve ice cream. the availability of amenities like a coffee machine for DIY Affogato, free ice cream, and a helpful receptionist named Miu made my stay exceptional.

Recommend this hotel.

At my favorite spot, I found my precious item lost. I return for romantic getaways; Wi-Fi, secure storage, and 24/7 service make it ideal. A chic lounge, delicious food, and convenient elevator add joy. With horseback rides, skiing, and AC, this is home.

Loved the free ice cream and coffee offered during the stay, and the room had ample space for luggage. the location near Oodori Park and Tanukikoji was convenient for exploring the city. the service was satisfactory, and the room amenities were enjoyable.

Communicating with the reception staff was challenging due to language barriers, and some staff members were unwelcoming. Lack of English proficiency among the staff and restrictive rules in the common areas added to the discomfort during the stay.
