Great location near Erasmus Bridge. nearby restaurants were a win.

the rooms at postillion hotel wtc are tidy with excellent breakfast options (real french pastries to start your day! ). the location is central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options.

communication during emergencies could improve (it was a bit concerning).

this hotel had zero regard for my comfort, just like the stinky bathroom I had to endure! also, the rudeness of the staff was outrageous, not to mention the ancient check-in process that made me feel like I was a nuisance instead of a guest. i was expecting a complimentary upgrade, but obviously that was too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the room was spacious and luxurious. A small supermarket in lobby is handy. a fee for early backpack drop was annoying.

The location was fantastic with a 10-minute walk from the central station! ! Clean, modern decor and a comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I faced long check-in queues and noisy nights from nearby bars that disrupted my peace during the stay.

the hotel's location is super central, so u can explore the city easily. my room was clean and comfy. the noise isolation was amazin, didn't hear any street noise at all. loved that there were cool restaurants nearby. check-in was a breeze too!

but the reception staff were kinda rude and it took forever to get help with my access card. also, breakfast was lacking and not well stocked.

during my stay, I loved that I was just a few steps away from the stunning Erasmus Bridge, making my city strolls even more enjoyable, and it was fantastic to have cozy restaurants like THOMS just down the street for a quick bite after exploring.
