I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within a 15-minute walk from the central train station and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing lactose-free yogurt for breakfast upon request. The bar/lounge area was comfortable and convenient, staying open until 11 PM. I also appreciated the added security of needing a card to access my room.

During our recent stay at Postillion Hotel Wtc, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for our time in Rotterdam. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a TV in the bathroom mirror, even though it couldn't be viewed from the toilet or shower. The breakfast, though simple, was plentiful and tasty. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We loved the central location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city center. The room was spacious and cozy, with plenty of plugs for our devices. The TV with built-in Chromecast was a great addition. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, especially the receptionists. The room was well-equipped, clean, and recently renovated. We also appreciated the on-site shop in the lobby, which was open 24/7 and stocked with drinks and snacks.

Being able to store our luggage before and after check-in was a great convenience.

The bathroom amenities were limited, with no conditioner, cream, or q-tips provided. the front desk staff was not very hospitable, and I had to request a new room because the first one was not cleaned.
