We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The front house attendant went above and beyond to help us with renting a car, making sure it was delivered right to the hotel. She even took the time to guide us through the best routes and sightseeing spots on the island. The room was spacious and the room service was impeccable. The hotel staff was always ready to fulfill any request, from lending us a sewing box to providing an adapter. The beautiful view of the ocean from the hotel area was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay on Yakushima.

I had an enjoyable stay at this budget-friendly hotel with excellent staff. The location in front of the sea provides a scenic view, and it is conveniently located near the bus stop, allowing easy travel around the island. The twin room with its big windows was cozy and provided ample light. The staff went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options.

The hotel could improve on the availability of bikes for rent, as relying on the local bike shop with irregular hours was inconvenient.

Very clean rooms and excellent ocean view. the hot stone spa was a must-try and the staff was polite. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast spread and the detailed tourist information provided.

The inflexible staff made it difficult to get our sleeping arrangements sorted and communication was a bit of a barrier. the lack of Wi-Fi in rooms and limited access in the lobby was a bit of an inconvenience.
