We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at the Yamagata Kokusai Hotel. The comfortable bed and wide living space made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was responsive and helpful, especially when one of us accidentally left something in the room. They promptly mailed it back to us without any hassle. we had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The room had a good view and was clean and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the train station and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus terminal. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered a nice variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Convenient underground parking.

My Christmas stay was wonderful! the hotel had a great location, it was close to the train station and had a beautiful view of the city. the room was comfortable and clean, but what I loved the most was the breakfast - it had a wide variety of local and western food that tasted amazing! the staff was friendly and had quick responses to my inquiries.

I wish they had provided a moisturizer in the amenities and had a USB charger near the bed, but these were minor inconveniences that didn't affect my enjoyment of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Yamagata. the location was perfect - just a short 5-minute walk from the train station in downtown Yamagata. It made getting around the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome. Additionally, the rooms offered a nice view of the city and had comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, having breakfast included was a bonus. While there were mostly Japanese options, there were also some western choices available.

Everything was fine, no complaints whatsoever.
