During our stay at Yufuin Gettouan, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality. As vegetarians, we didn't have high expectations for the meals, but we were pleasantly surprised by the huge and delicious vegetarian dinner and breakfast provided. The private onsen rooms were absolutely amazing, like little houses, and the views of Mt Yufu were splendid. This place is a pure haven, perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo pampering experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a great time at this lovely ryokan tucked away in a peaceful area. The moment we stepped into the car, we were greeted with warm hospitality that lasted throughout our stay. The location, next to a river, provided a beautiful backdrop for our relaxing getaway. Our spacious room had a separate sitting area and sleeping area, with a private outdoor onsen. The inclusive minibar was well stocked, and the kaiseki dinner featured top-quality local ingredients.

One small downside was that there was only one chair in the room, making it a bit inconvenient for both of us to sit and enjoy the view together.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed in a Japanese-style hotel in a quiet and serene location surrounded by abundant nature. the food offered was great, and we didn't bother to venture out as we preferred soaking in the ambiance. We particularly enjoyed the hot springs and the lovely view from the outdoor onsen. the staff were friendly and made us feel at home.

Although the facilities were slightly older, they were well maintained. the rooms were quite expensive compared to the quality of services provided.

Nestled in a serene hilltop, this hotel offers an upscale experience with luxurious amenities. Impeccable service from staff who arranged a sumptuous private dinner and attended promptly to our requests. the room was exquisitely decorated with premium furnishings, and the private onsen was the epitome of relaxation. the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for enjoying drinks while taking in stunning views of the hills. the location allowed us to explore Yufuin's attractions conveniently.

Although this hotel features exclusive facilities, the Bedding was slightly uncomfortable. this minor issue did not detract from our exceptional stay.
