I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Phuket Town. The location was perfect, as it was close to the pier and shopping places like Robinson. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful hills nearby. it was a wonderful stay.

Convenient Location

I arrived at Bhukitta Boutique Hotel after a long and exhausting flight. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my airport transfer, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and upgraded me to a Deluxe room as compensation. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Phuket Town, with easy access to the bus station and sea ports for island tours. The interior of the hotel was modern and clean, and the spaciousness of the standard room was impressive. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, such as a stuck button on the toilet and slow-draining shower, I was pleased with the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room. The free WiFi was a huge plus, and the breakfast, though simple, offered enough variety to start the day. The nearby expo shopping center allowed for some great shopping deals. Although the hotel is situated in an area with commercial buildings, making it more suitable for business travelers, it was still a good base for exploring the surrounding areas. considering the low price, Bhukitta Boutique Hotel provided good value for money. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Phuket Town.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the bus terminal and within walking distance to the ferry. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, away from the noise of the city.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, great facilities, and a massive pool. Conveniently close to Old town and local attractions. Peaceful stay with great restaurants nearby. Abundance of culture and cuisine.

Nothing to fault.

Loved the beautiful view from our room and the great location near the bus terminal. The room was spacious and had good amenities like free breakfast and Wi-Fi. We appreciated that there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for convenience.

The pool wasn't very well-maintained and had a greenish tint. Our air conditioning unit leaked and although we reported it to reception, it wasn't fixed the next night.

my recent stay in phuket exceeded all expectations - celebrating my birthday at a lovely hotel with stunning city views, beautiful decor, a penthouse suite upgrade with a jacuzzi bath, and a perfect pool. wish i had stayed longer!

Something was missing in the room.

Very clean and spacious room. Big and comfortable bathroom. Close to Phuket Old Town. Helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. Short motorbike ride to other places.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints at all.

We had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were excellent and the facilities were great. The pool was a massive bonus, and being so close to Old Town made it the perfect location for a peaceful stay. There are also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. We particularly enjoyed the street food on the approach to the hotel, which offered delicious traditional Thai dishes. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Phuket.
