The rooftop view at Yufuin Kotobuki Hananosho was absolutely breathtaking! I couldn't get enough of the stunning mountain vistas. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk from the station and downtown. The ryokan experience was everything I had hoped for, with warm and comfortable baths, and lovely traditional gardens complete with a tea house and noh stage. The room, though simple, was clean and provided a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful foreign staff members made communication in English a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a good ryokan experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and right in front of the bus terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though their English wasn't perfect, they made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we could ask for, including heating and air conditioning. The on-site spa and wellness center was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, which makes it easy to access the main street and bus terminal. The staff, including foreign students, were friendly and able to communicate in English. The open-air bath was a delightful experience, especially during the winter. Dinner was perfect and the food provided at breakfast was pleasant.

The hotel had beautiful traditional Japanese rooms and a great view of the mountains. The staff was polite and accommodating. The food was tasty and filling, offering a variety of dishes for Thanksgiving. The outdoor onsen was relaxing and added to the atmosphere.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room smelled musty and the carpet had stains.

Conveniently located near Yufuin station, with clean and simple rooms. The half-board option includes a pleasant Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The friendly foreign staff made communication in English possible. The rooftop view is a must-see and the food prepared was efficient and enjoyable.
