The breakfast at Yukiguni No Yado Takahan was excellent, and the staff provided exceptional service. We were impressed with their individualized transportation service, and the play area for our child was a lifesaver. The spacious room and warm welcome treat made our stay a dream. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient being just next to Echigo Yuzawa station, making it easy to access. Additionally, the ryokan's restaurant offers delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine. The hotel is situated on a hill, providing a beautiful view from the rooms. The spacious and comfortable rooms have traditional Japanese-style decor. The attentive and friendly staff provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the onsen bath, which offers complimentary toiletries.

The shuttle service to Echigo Yuzawa station could have longer operating hours.

The location was great, right in front of the ski slopes which made getting on the mountain super easy. They also provided a shuttle to get to and from the train station which saved us some walking in the cold. the food was good and included some traditional Japanese dishes which we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the free wifi in the room, great for staying connected with family over the holidays.

The rooms were not up to our expectations. There was not enough space for all our belongings and the blankets were too thin for the cold winter nights.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Yuzawa. the location was perfect, right next to Echigo Yuzawa station, making it super convenient for traveling. Secondly, the staff were amazing - they provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist with transportation and ski rental. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, catering to Western tastes and offering a variety of options. I also loved the rooms with their stunning views of the snow-covered mountains.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.
