First-class service, excellent communication, and a helpful host. the suites were cozy, clean, modern, and comfortable. They had all the amenities you could possibly need, including small milk and chilled water in the fridge. the location was great, just a 2-minute walk from the town center and nearby bus stops for easy access to Blackpool.

The stairs to the top floor were quite steep, especially when carrying bags. For older guests or those with children, it may be best to request a ground or first-floor suite.

Clean rooms with provided water, milk, and fruit. No need to bring kitchen supplies, as washing up liquid, tea towels, and coffee are provided. Comfortable bed and central location.

We had everything we needed in our own little flat at Sweet Suites. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and having Netflix was a great bonus. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, the beach, and the train station all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the communication with the owner was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

My recent stay at Sweet Suites in Lytham was exceptional. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of three adults and a child. The free parking right outside and extra parking at the rear was a bonus. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. We appreciated the little touches like free Wifi, fresh milk, filtered water, fruit, and coffee. Towels and toiletries were also provided, making our stay hassle-free. The kitchenette had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. Our little one loved having her own bowls and cups. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with high ceilings. The living room had plenty of seating and a nice dining table. The location was perfect for exploring Lytham, with the Promenade and shops nearby. This was our first time staying at Sweet Suites, and we are now loyal customers. We can't wait to return for a longer stay next time.

The Sweet Suites Lytham was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The location was excellent, with a view of the St Anne's.Trawl Boat Inn Wetherspoons from the living room window. The owner was professional and polite, quickly resolving any issues. The interior design was beautifully done and stylish. The bed was ginormous and incredibly comfortable. The apartment provided all the necessities, including tea, milk, fruit, filtered water. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room itself was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town with everything we needed within reach. The staff, especially our host Emma, went above and beyond to make our stay special, accommodating our request for a ground floor room and even leaving thoughtful touches like fresh milk and fruit in the apartment. We can't wait to return and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and cosy studio room at Sweet Suites. The bed was ultra comfy, and we loved the kitchen facilities and fabulous shower. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a great touch. The overall quality and cleanliness of the apartment were top-notch. Staying here also gave us the opportunity to try out some great nearby restaurants, like Tiggis and 54 Tapas. We will definitely be returning to this lovely place!

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the town centre of Lytham St Anne's and very close to the shops and square. This made it very convenient for us to explore the area and access all the amenities easily. The accommodation itself was clean and well-furnished, providing us with a comfortable stay. The added touches from the owner, such as the bowl of fruit and bottles of water, were greatly appreciated. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The rubber keypad entry on the doors was a bit difficult to operate as the keys needed to be pressed hard for access.

sweet suites lytham exceeded expectations during a budget stay. cute, compact apartment with comfy bed, central location, lovely and quiet at night. fan provided for hot weather. amazing communication and attention to detail. little treats and smart TVs made it a hit with our children. highly recommend!

Neg: However, the lack of instructions for the coffee machine was a minor inconvenience.
