I absolutely loved my stay at this onsen! The private baths attached to the room were simply amazing and provided a serene and relaxing experience. The traditional Japanese room was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance of the stay. The food served, both dinner and breakfast, were the best meals I had during my trip. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even preparing breakfast earlier so I could catch my bus. The location was also stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. I highly recommend this onsen.

While the location was beautiful, it was a bit further out than other places, making it slightly less convenient. Additionally, the beaded pillows took some getting used to, but ended up being comfortable for my neck.

The breakfast and dinner were generous and included a variety of delicious foods. The hotel's location was convenient, right by a Nohi bus stop and only a 15-minute bus ride from the ropeway. The hotel itself might not look impressive from the outside, but once inside, it was immaculate and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the complimentary food prepared by the family who owns the hotel was a culinary delight. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We highly recommend this place for a truly luxurious and memorable experience.

The Japanese-Style Room with Open-Air Bath was mind-blowing! The 2 open-air baths and stunning view were jaw-dropping. The Kaiseki dinner was superb, with a fabulous banquet of beautifully presented courses. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hot spring onsen in our room and the private one on the roof were unique and added to the overall amazing experience. The dining experience and multi-course meals exceeded all expectations. The service was excellent and friendly. We also enjoyed the free wi-fi in public areas, on-site car park, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. The location was a one-hour journey from Kanazawa station, which was worth it for the perfect stay.

We were impressed by the free private outdoor onsens on the rooftop and the private onsens in our room. the breakfast and dinner felt like high-end chef restaurant meals, and the concierge went above and beyond to organize a special birthday dinner for my husband.
