The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even preparing breakfast earlier so I could catch my bus. The location was also stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. The Japanese-Style Room with Open-Air Bath was mind-blowing! The 2 open-air baths and stunning view were jaw-dropping. The Kaiseki dinner was superb, with a fabulous banquet of beautifully presented courses. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hot spring onsen in our room and the private one on the roof were unique and added to the overall amazing experience. The dining experience and multi-course meals exceeded all expectations. The service was EXCELLENT and friendly. We also enjoyed the free wi-fi in public areas, on-site car park, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. The location was a one-hour journey from Kanazawa station, which was worth it for the perfect stay.
