Convenient location for skiing, discounted passes available at front desk. On-site onsen is a nice touch for tired skiers. Good breakfast with a mix of Japanese and Western options. Limited off-site dinner choices, plan accordingly.

The hotel staff promptly picked us up from the bus terminal, providing excellent service from the start. Our room had a stunning view of the skiing area, and the cozy Japanese-style futons made for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the onsen, both the public and private options were beautifully crafted and allowed us to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also offered a delicious dinner spread with a variety of Japanese delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality service, convenient location, and fantastic amenities.

The hotel had a decent onsen and the location was fairly convenient. The fact that it was close to public transportation was a plus. The breakfast was also pretty good.

The service was subpar and left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed to have trouble communicating basic information and there were times when they weren't very accommodating.

The only negative aspect was the limited wine list consisting of only two types. However, this minor issue does not detract from the overall experience.
