The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the seafront and within walking distance to the city center. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the receptionist and young waiter, were incredibly friendly and efficient. The views from the public rooms were stunning, and the staff was always helpful. The hotel facilities were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fruits.

The breakfast at Marina Metro was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The evening meals were also good, although the menu was repetitive. The location of the hotel was convenient and the front desk staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The neighboring bar could sometimes be noisy, and the traffic during rush hour was quite busy.

Amazing location on the waterfront, with easy access to the Havres de Pas Lido for swimming. Plenty of choice for breakfast, with a good quality and variety of meals. The staff and owners were friendly and provided excellent service. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a side sea view. Helpful amenities such as a lift and helpful timetables and excursion information.

When seeking assistance, the staff were always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jersey and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the manager and Patricia, were excellent. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When we had a problem with our room, they sorted it out immediately and even threw in breakfast as compensation. The location was great, with easy access to the promenade and a nearby outdoor swimming pool. The room was spacious and the food, especially the freshly cooked breakfast, was superb. I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would book a premium room for an even better experience at this wonderful hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location next to a beautiful sandy beach and just a short walk into town. The rooms have a unique charm, giving the impression of being on a ship, and they are kept nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and there are basic amenities such as a television and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast is simply fantastic, with freshly prepared, delicious ingredients and a wide range of choices.

As young people, we loved the hotel's convenient location just a short walk from the center of St Hellier and right on the beach front. The free WIFI throughout the hotel and the availability of a PC in the lobby for printing were a real bonus. The hotel had good facilities and provided a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the entertainment on Saturday night was enjoyable.

The hotel had a great waterfront location, perfect for a relaxing evening drink while watching the ocean. The breakfast was good, offering both continental and English options. The bathroom was outdated and needed renovation. The shower was good but the water escaped down the back of the taps and onto the floor.

We had a fantastic week at the Marina Metro. The weather was perfect, allowing us to enjoy meals on the lovely terrace. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Our room, although old-fashioned, was clean and comfortable, with a firm and comfortable bed. The location was great, being right on the beach and within walking distance of the main shopping area. our stay exceeded our expectations.
