Great value for money, the room was small but had everything we needed and a lovely view of the village green. The staff were hospitable and even brought us a welcome jug of iced water. There is a pub within walking distance where we had a delicious Italian meal.

During our recent stay at a charming country pub, we were overwhelmed by the warm hospitality and generosity of Richard, the owner. After a long journey, we arrived early in the morning and Richard kindly allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up before surprising our family. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with much-needed rest after our tiring trip. The pub itself had a lively atmosphere, perfect for a fun-filled Friday night. The food was outstanding, with a delicious lunch and a hearty cooked breakfast that left us satisfied. The location was idyllic, situated in the heart of Bucks, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues and the lack of friendliness from some staff and locals, our overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be returning to this charming pub and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true pub experience in a beautiful location. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The newly refurbished bedroom was cozy and inviting, with plenty of amenities and a warm atmosphere. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its high-quality, delicious food. The full English breakfast was presented beautifully and satisfyingly abundant. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was both serene and conveniently close to other attractions.

The food was excellent, especially the succulent roast beef. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had plenty of iced water and a great French white wine. the pub had recently been refurbished, giving it a bright and upgraded feel. We also enjoyed the Thai food they offered on Friday and Saturday nights. a great choice for a night's stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the main courses were served on cold plates, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at The Potters Arms and would definitely go back. The customer service was exceptional - they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Despite a power cut causing the alarm to beep all night, the owner was incredibly apologetic and even reimbursed some of my room charge. It's clear that they care about their customers' satisfaction and not just about the money. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

had a wonderful stay in amersham at the potters arms! the inn's new changes were lovely, especially the outside area with french doors. the location was perfect for walking my dog and the staff were friendly. enjoyed a delicious dinner too. can't wait to come back in the summer!

The breakfasts were really delicious and the staff were very helpful. The parking was also easy, which was a plus.

Nothing not to love.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a TV, hairdryer, and nice toiletries. the bar staff were friendly and helpful, especially Victoria and Ella, who recommended delicious food and wine. the pub had a traditional atmosphere and plenty of local characters. There was also great entertainment, including regular comedy nights. the location in the rural village was lovely, and there was ample parking available.

The shower was a bit small, and the staircase was narrow, which could be challenging for older guests.
