I gotta say, Norfolk was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.

The only slight letdown was the breakfast selection. Could've used a bit more variety, especially in terms of hot options.

The staff were very adaptable, providing us breakfast before normal hours due to our early start. The hotel also arranged a cheap transfer to the harbour for us. a fantastic stay with friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, being close to the center of town and the bus station. We were able to explore this beautiful island easily. The hotel facilities were great, with lots of sitting areas, an outdoor area, and a pool. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and going out of their way to help. The breakfast options were perfect, and the evening meal was good value for money. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Norfolk in St Helier for a few days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The hotel had good wifi and a well-priced bar. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the warm pool. it was a great value for money experience and I would highly recommend it.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location close to the center of town. it is situated right next to a beautiful park with historical interest, providing a lovely area to relax and explore. The room was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and accommodating staff providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options that were delicious and satisfying. The view from the room was also enjoyable, overlooking the park.

The on-site café closed quite early at 5pm, limiting options for evening refreshments.

As youngsters, we loved the central location of the hotel, just a 15-minute walk from the harbor and close to the popular streets of St Helier. The staff made us feel important and were super friendly, especially at breakfast. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout, and our room, although a bit dated, was spotless with a great shower. The breakfast had a good variety, offering both English and continental options. We also appreciated the available parking and the fact that we could leave our key at reception all day without any worries.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Delicious food in a large dining room with plenty of natural light. First-class service from the staff. Nice swimming pool with safety notices and free towel service. No traffic sounds in even the closest rooms. a fantastic experience.
