We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They upgraded our room for free and allowed us to check in early. They even gave us discount vouchers for their sister hotels. the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and great food. the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The recently renovated executive room I stayed in was the best room I had during my two week trip. The room had a minimal yet stylish flair, and it was impeccably clean and cozy. I was also impressed with the quality of the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff at this hotel is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were incredibly friendly and spoke good English, which made communication a breeze. Almost perfect.

The room was very elegant and had super comfy beds. The large bathroom and balcony provided a great view of Amman. The hotel had a range of facilities and the staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good with a variety of Arabic and Western food. The lobby was spacious and comfortable and there was a 50% discount for the Vinaigrette Restaurant. The location was nice for walking around, with tree-lined streets. The value for money was good and there was always hot water available.

During the New Year, I spent my time in this hotel and enjoyed the free drinks and snacks offered at the lobby. the location was perfect for me since it was near the popular Shmeisani area and I was able to walk around to explore. We also had a great time enjoying the city view from the rooftop bar.

The breakfast was below average, too plain and not appetizing. Another negative aspect was that the room we were given had low water pressure when using the hot water feature in the shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions of the city. It is just a short walk away from popular restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a great view from the balcony. The staff is friendly and provides outstanding customer service. The breakfast room offers a good variety of food, including delicious freshly made omelettes.

The laundry service at the hotel is quite expensive.
