Fabulous staff, very clean rooms, great service overall. Can get most essentials from the supermarket next door. Taxis available right outside the hotel door. The gentleman at the reception was super helpful with local info. The staff are honest and get out of their way to help you during your stay. The hotel staff are very hospitable. You get the feeling that you are a guest at their home. The staff are very professional and really generous. The lady at reception at the time of check-in was very professional and helpful. The location is perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms and apartments are quiet and tranquil. Clean and spacious rooms with nice disc area. Hot water with good pressure. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is close to King Hussain Cancer Center and Jordan University. The staff always call the taxi driver back if it takes them longer to reach the hotel.

Best staff ever! Really kind, professional and friendly. Our trip was made much better by all their help. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The location was perfect, near many shops and restaurants. They also offered a free room upgrade which was an added bonus.
