Exceptional staff, beautiful room, fabulous breakfast, great amenities.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even helped track down my sister's missing luggage and had it delivered to the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We loved the complimentary water bottles and fruit bowls. The breakfast was fabulous, and we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's gift shop, bar, and cafe. The pool was also a great feature.

Everything felt fine at the hotel, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel had clean rooms and a nice swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxation during my weekend stay. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with large shopping malls nearby and easy access to transportation. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and polite staff, who made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my overall experience. the taxi service provided by the hotel was significantly more expensive compared to regular taxis in the area, which was quite inconvenient.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. the room temperature was uncomfortable as the air conditioning seemed to be ineffective and did not provide adequate cooling.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Amman for a week on a business trip. The staff at the front desk, especially Ms. Zainab Almasri, were incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. They made sure all my needs were met and provided me with useful information. The overall friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was convenient, and I enjoyed the bar and the live band. The breakfast was great, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The cleaning service was top-notch, and the room service was prompt when I ordered food.

Good location, close to tourist attractions. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Helpful receptionist, Miss Dima Hdaib, provided great hospitality and guidance. V lounge offers tasty food and reasonably priced cocktails. Warm and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the delicious and varied breakfast offered at Crowne Plaza Amman. The helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Zainab Almasri at the front desk, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had excellent facilities including a pool and gym, and the cleaning staff paid attention to every detail. Paying with a credit card at the reception and being able to check the invoice before printing made the payment process convenient for us.

It's also conveniently located in close proximity to Crowne Plaza, making it easy to attend any business events or conferences. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom that includes all necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food, and the view from the hotel is simply breathtaking.

Had a great city trip and enjoyed every moment of it! the hotel was perfectly located, just a few steps away from the city center and all the amazing restaurants and shops. the two complementary facts offered made our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city. Definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel.

The pool area was a bit small and crowded, and we had trouble finding a spot to relax. the breakfast buffet could have been more varied, as it seemed to have the same options every day.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was top-notch. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, and so comfy. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed. And the best part? The staff treated us like royalty. They were so helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
