The spa and fitness centers were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in the country. Additionally, the hotel had a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the terrace provided a great spot to enjoy fresh food.

The hotel is conveniently located, just outside the compound check point, making it easily accessible. It is also close to the citadel, offering beautiful views of the city. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, particularly Hana and Maher, are friendly and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant.

One downside is that the elevators can be slow, causing some wait times for guests.

I had a truly luxurious stay at Four Seasons in Amman! The suite was incredible, with massive OLED screens that I couldn't take my eyes off. The room service was friendly and the in-room dining was impressively delicious and timely. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although our suite had a view of a car park, it was spacious and comfortable. We were offered an upsell to a larger suite, but the additional cost was not justified for us.

The service I received during my stay was extraordinary! the staff was always attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I especially liked the complimentary poolside steak from the restaurant. the room was equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The housekeeping staff was excellent, very attentive and they even returned the money I left on the table. the fitness center was well-maintained and had all the necessary equipment for a good workout.

There were staff shortages, which resulted in poor service throughout my stay. the bathroom outside the Grand Ballroom was filthy, and the food quality and selection at the pool bar were disappointing.

The housekeeping and laundry service were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness center was well-maintained. Location is convenient.
