During my business trip to Nong Prue, our director chose Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya as our accommodation, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. the villa provided a range of wellness facilities, including a sauna and a hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. I particularly enjoyed some rest and relaxation at the Spa at Club Amethyst, the onsite spa, which offered a tranquil sanctuary. the pool was a great place to stay, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the presence of a large number of staff and security around made me feel safe and well-taken care of. the staff were like angels, ensuring our every need was met promptly and with a smile.

Preparations of the villa could have been better, as there were some oversights such as not enough mosquito plugs in the rooms upon check-in and a cold pool that was not ideal for swimming.

During our Easter break, we had an amazing time at this hotel resort. the first thing we loved was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. To start with, the two complementary restaurants were a great addition, and the food was delicious. the location was ideal as it was close to many tourist attractions and shopping malls.

The only thing we disliked about this hotel was the remote location. Unfortunately, it was necessary to take a taxi every time we wanted to get out.

The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, as it is far away from shopping areas and the main attractions. However, it is close to the sea, offering a beautiful view from the rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a mini bar filled with complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is fantastic. Additionally, the hotel offers unique amenities such as scooters and two gyms for added convenience.

The hotel is not within walking distance of any shops or restaurants, which means guests will need to rely on taxis or transportation apps for meals or entertainment.
