The hotel offers lots of pools, a nice beach, and a fantastic play park for 2-5 year olds. The staff is very accommodating and the bar/restaurants are excellent. The hotel rooms and lobbies have a smart appearance.

The hotel's pools are so crowded you can't even move! The beach bar food takes forever, but hey, it's worth the wait for such amazing quality. And let's not forget the Wi-Fi that doesn't work, what a treat!

The location was excellent, very close to the center, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Moustafa at the reception. The spacious rooms with nice sea views were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts offered a large selection of delicious food. The spa and sauna facilities were a pleasant bonus.

The music played on the beach was too loud, making it inconvenient for those looking to relax and chill.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best - right by the beach and close to the city center. The staff provided excellent service, and I want to give a special mention to Anna at the check-in desk for her smooth and cheery assistance. The hotel facilities, including the pool and the beach, were top-notch. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, even when I was by the beach. I've stayed in another hotel in this city before, but there was a big difference in quality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at a fantastic hotel with great facilities. the staff at Intercontinental were professional, helpful, and friendly. the hotel was clean, well presented, and had a good layout. There was a wide choice of places to eat, snack, or enjoy a drink. We also enjoyed the beach access and the close proximity to shops. Intercontinental provided a wonderful experience for both adults and children, including a free room upgrade.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel's Lebanese restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the Arabic concert in the evening. Despite some minor issues, overall we highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing breakfast buffet and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. the private beach, although limited by buoys, provided a great escape. Plus, plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The airshow was a highlight of our stay, adding an extra element of excitement. I highly recommend the SPA for a relaxing experience, and the beach tents were a great addition, providing wider shade.
