I had a fantastic stay at this motel. The owner was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, close to downtown and the Bullfrog Cafe. It was also a convenient launch point for exploring the nearby state park. The room was private and I loved being able to park right by the door. The TV, beds, and towels were all in good condition. Plus, they happily accommodated my service K9.

Everything is what I need and want.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms for a reasonable price. the inclusion of a microwave and fridge near a counter and sink was user-friendly. Don't be discouraged by the plain outdoor entrances, the inside will surprise you with its comfort and cleanliness.

The mattresses seemed to be quite old, with some areas feeling like you were sinking into a hole. Additionally, there were frequent trains passing close by, so I recommend bringing earplugs to drown out the noise during the night.
