Spent 2.5 hours searching uphill in unlit alleys for a signless hotel. After a tour of the city, found dark and closed place.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the characterful rooms in a historic building filled with beautiful decorations. The en-suite bathrooms were clean and serviceable. The location in the historic old town was picturesque, with cobble streets, Ottoman architecture, and tiny alleyways. The hotel's proximity to local markets and famous historic houses was convenient for exploring. The warm welcome and excellent service from Khaldoun made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast prepared by him was delicious, featuring tasty local and traditional food. Jordan Heritage Madhafa provided a peaceful and enjoyable stay for us.
