We absolutely loved the service provided by this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the beach team, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Special mentions go to Mohammed at the front desk, Justine and Shahani in the 700 Lounge, Caren and Nia in the restaurants, and the housekeeping staff. They made our stay extra special. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the beautiful pools, lobby, and restaurants. The location was perfect, offering stunning sea views and a relaxing beach. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the staff there, as well as throughout the hotel, were friendly and attentive.

Excellent formal restaurant by the beach. Nice pool, heated jacuzzi, clean beach, and clear sea water. Large and clean rooms with spacey balcony. Delicious dinner and polite room service. Tranquil location with great views of the sea. Easy and uncomplicated crossing from Eilat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with everything it offered. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach with great snorkeling opportunities at Bernice. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. I was impressed with the amenities provided in my room such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar, and balcony. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a great touch and the free toiletries provided made me feel pampered.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat. The staff here, whether it was at the restaurant or car service, provided excellent service and made me feel at home.

This hotel is a great value for money with rooms that have a king bed and a nice view of the beach. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast offers fine dishes with a nice view.

My room was amazing, with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Even though I had a problem with the AC, the maintenance team fixed it promptly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a great time at the hotel and will definitely recommend it! Everything is what i need and want.

The complimentary drinks upon arrival were a nice touch, and the Easter egg hunt was fun for the kids. the hotel is centrally located and the views from our room were breathtaking. the pool area was enjoyable with plenty of lounge chairs to relax on.

The food was subpar and overpriced. the service at the restaurant was slow and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs.

the luxurious amenities fulfilled all our needs, especially the spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed a full-body massage and body scrub. the infinity pool and sun terrace offered stunning views of the Red Sea. the bar/lounge area served delicious poolside snacks and refreshing cocktails.

The only issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment in the evening. given the many dining options, the specially prepared menus, and the exclusive in-room breakfasts, this was a minor inconvenience.
