The check-in was smooth. The room exceeded expectations in size. Paid for a sea view and it was worth it. The room was clean and had a pleasant scent. The bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of breakfast options. Ideal location in the old town.

We also really appreciated the spacious and clean room, which had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing location, just steps away from the vibrant old town. The promenade is a delightful walk in either direction. The included breakfast was delicious. Though the rooms were basic and dated, they were clean. The hotel provided both radiators and air conditioning. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. I appreciated the free tea available in the reception area during certain hours. Despite the drawbacks, I would stay again because of the hotel's excellent position. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location.

We had a fabulous time at Casual Pop Art Benidorm! We were lucky enough to have a room with a massive balcony and a view to die for. The spacious room and fluffy towels made our stay even more comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach and the charming Old Town. We also enjoyed the open-air barbecue and got to witness an amazing fireworks display from our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Benidorm!

Had a great Easter break in a hotel in the heart of a bustling resort town. Two key features were outstanding: the wonderful sea view from our room and the incredibly comfortable bed. the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who always had great information about what was happening in the area.

The hotel itself was in desperate need of an update. the facilities were outdated and the decor felt tired and worn out.
