I had an amazing stay at the hotel, getting great value for my money. The room was incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the entrance of Petra. The staff at Movenpick were exceptional, with Bilal, Khaled, Ibrahim, Ahmed, and Yahya going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering more nourishing options, like dates, and including a refreshing drink such as Gatorade or iced coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Petra museum, making it easy to explore the historical sites. With its central location, it is also a short distance away from the bustling center of Petra. The rooms are spacious and offer great views of the surroundings. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and helpful employees, like Mohammed and Ibrahim, who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Our room was very basic and needed a good clean. the bathroom had mold and the shower did not drain properly.

The staff was helpful and always attentive to my needs. The hotel is just a short ride away from Petra and Wadi Musa town. The amenities were fine, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the room. I only wish I had stayed longer and will definitely return next time!

The hotel is located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't as cool as I would have liked. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness.
