I came here for my birthday weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary sweet treats delivered to my door, wishing me a happy birthday. The staff went above and beyond! The room itself was stunning with beautiful decor and design. The facilities were perfect and the entire staff was kind and constantly checking in on guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to some amazing bars and restaurants, making it the perfect place for a luxury weekend away.

I recommend this hotel.

The location was great, just a five-minute walk to Liverpool Street station. Complimentary sweet treats were delivered to my door, a thoughtful touch. The interior design was exquisite and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. It was a fantastic experience overall.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
