The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk downhill to the entrance of Petra. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding mountains and canyons. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the rooftop terrace provided a stunning setting to watch the sunset.

The parking options were limited, with only a few spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

The room I booked was supposed to have a bathtub, but it didn't. the shower water pressure was also inconsistent, and it leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Welcoming and friendly staff, particularly in the kitchen, where the Yemeni lady cooks up delicious meals for special dinner events. A great choice for exploring Petra.

This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The rooms have hot showers and there are games available for some fun. The breathtaking mountain views from the restaurant and terrace are stunning!

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the local area, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free parking, which was very convenient. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always on hand to help with any queries or recommendations.

We also experienced some issues with hot water in the mornings, which was not ideal. our Easter stay had its ups and downs, but we were ultimately able to enjoy our trip despite these minor setbacks.

The hotel had cozy and neat rooms with comfortable beds, including bunk beds, perfect for bigger groups of friends. The guests kitchen and room kettle were handy for family needs, such as washing baby bottles and disinfecting. The hotel provided extra duvet and pillow upon request, even during high season. The rooftop cafe/bar offered amazing views and cool vibes. The friendly chef even prepared special breakfast items for the baby.
