Staying here over the holidays was incredible! Our suite was like living in luxury—so comfy, clean, and beautiful views. The brekkie buffet was tops! The staff were absolutely brilliant, Jinky at the front desk and the poolside crew made us feel right at home, always aiming to please. Got ice and even a wheelchair for my wife's sprained ankle, super thoughtful!

Just a heads up, the breakfast can get a bit chaotic when it’s busy, but nothing too hectic if you’re not in a rush.

One night we tried to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop pool, it was clean and quiet, I finally could breathe a little after that mouldy room. The lifeguard, Muhammad Ali, helped us find a nice spot away from the noise, and we ended up having a good chat, surprisingly pleasant trip at the end of the day.

It was pricey for what it offered but we wanted to treat ourselves.

during my stay, I loved that the beach was just a brief stroll away. I could easily explore great spots like the nearby Golden Mile Galleria and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at Club Vista Mare for some delicious bites afterwards. all that made my city walks even more enjoyable.

Great mix of pool, beach, and shopping options.

I found some aspects quite disappointing during my stay. The service in the restaurant and bar was frustratingly slow, which led to some long waits just to place an order. On top of that, the self-parking arrangement felt inadequate for a 5-star property—I expected valet service at a minimum. Additionally, I noticed a smell of cigarettes in my room upon arrival, which did not set a good tone for the start of my stay.

We loved the beautiful beach access and the stunning sunset view from the rooftop cabana pool. The staff, especially Zia at Concierge, were incredibly proactive and made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options that kept us satisfied throughout the day.
