We recently stayed in a hotel during our holiday and we absolutely loved it. we were given an upgrade to a bigger and more luxurious room, which was a great surprise. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also took care of minor issues very promptly. Another highlight was the pool, where we could cool off after a day of exploring.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the pool was actually outside and the water was too cold for our liking.
