the location is super close to tulum ave where u can catch the bus to the beach for only 12 pesos! the rooftop pool has a dope view and breakfast was fresh and hit the spot. the staff was helpful, especially emily at the front desk, she was a treasure. also, the room was pretty clean and comfy, just wished we had a fridge for my sweet tea. the ac worked well too, which was a lifesaver!

The customer service is fantastic, rooms are impressively spacious, and I enjoyed being close to local eateries. The cleanliness was top-notch, allowing for a pleasant stay while exploring the area.

Room comfort was impacted by frequent noise. there were also persistent issues with gnats in the sink. Additionally, the absence of chairs made it difficult to relax fully in the room.

Request a room away from the main traffic areas for a quieter sleep, and don't forget to ask about the rooftop gym access.

Why is there a lack of basic amenities like a kettle or coffee maker? Also, the request for ID for every little thing is just tedious!!! The hotel lacks an inviting common space to socialize or relax!!!

The cleanliness was on point! Props to the staff for keeping our room all fresh. The rooftop pool was a lekker chill spot to cool off after hitting the beach. Perfect location near all the good food spots, which was a major win for us!

But, ag man, the noise from cleaning was a bit irritating at first light – could've done without the furniture shuffle.

Room was comfy, but no chair to relax in, and there were flies pesky as. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though, so that was sweet as!

Try to ask for a room away from the main hall to avoid noise. those are more peaceful for a good night’s sleep.

stayed at kavia for one night and loved it! the location is great, just a short walk to the park. the rooftop pool has a stunning view! also, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the chef is amazing!

The rooftop pool offered a stunning view, and the breakfast was consistently delicious, thanks to the talented chef. However, the room lacked ambient comfort with no blankets or chairs for relaxation.

I stayed four nights and enjoyed the local vibe. The rooftop was nice for a dip after long days. The breakfast was decent enough. The area was safe for someone traveling alone and was near local eateries. Getting around was easy with a bus stop nearby, just a few minutes away. I did interact with the staff during check-in, but that was about it. Overall, it felt right for my solo adventures as an art historian.

But seriously, who knew a sink could be the hottest club for little black flies? And let’s not even talk about the 'double bed' that was more of a single's sad little cousin.

Comfortable rooms, convenient amenities, with breakfast featuring fresh coffee and tea to start the day and a short 18 km distance from the nearest airport making travel easy.
