As longer term business travelers, we loved the amazing location right at the entrance to Petra. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were extremely cozy. The newly renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The staff, especially Zaid and his colleague at the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on how to best visit Petra. The breakfast at the Guest House was excellent, with plenty of options for every palate. The Cave Bar on site was a great way to unwind after a long day and the hotel was within walking distance to various dining options.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, right at the entrance of the Petra tourist center. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the antiquities of Petra, as you can simply step out of the hotel and be right there. The hotel staff is very welcoming and provides a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and air conditioning. The breakfast offers a good variety of options to start the day.

Some guests have mentioned that the beds in the hotel are uncomfortable, which is a disappointing aspect considering the price paid for accommodation.

I recently stayed at Petra Guest House for a few nights while exploring Petra. The location is absolutely amazing, right at the entrance of the park. The staff, including Mr. Essam, Mr. Fadi, Mr. Ahmad, and the restaurant team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a beautiful ambiance, combining elegance with the spirit of Petra and the heritage of Jordan. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food and excellent coffee. The highlight of my stay was the BBQ dinner on the terrace, with a fantastic salad bar and an unforgettable Ma'an Dabka performance that got everyone involved.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location of this hotel, right next to the entrance of the Petra site. The view from my room's front deck was breathtaking as it looked out over the valley. The spacious and comfortable chalet room provided a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's unique Cave Bar, housed inside a Nabatean cave, added to the overall charm.

Lack of attention in the bar and restaurant: the staff at the bar and restaurant seemed to ignore us, especially when there were large groups at the hotel. This made us feel a bit neglected as a smaller group of guests.
