We got great value for our money, with a spacious room and a super comfy bed at this stunning 5-star resort in Puerto Vallarta. The staff treated us with such kindness and the location was just perfect, with a private beach and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Simply amazing!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was a wider selection of vegan/plant-based options.

I had the most amazing stay at this resort! The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were superb. I loved having access to the beach, the infinity pools, and even the rainforest. The extraordinary dining options across all four restaurants on the property were truly a treat. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Special shoutout to Juan Suarez, who made my dining experience at Blanca Blue incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff made sure to cater to my every need.

As a solo traveler, I loved the beautiful resort with its amazing view and friendly staff. The pools were fantastic, and the pool service was top-notch. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The accommodation was impressive, and the staff made me feel welcome. The free shuttle tram was a convenient perk that made it easy to explore the resort.

I recently stayed at Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta for a relaxing, week-long vacation. The resort spans multiple buildings and our room high on the hillside provided breathtaking sea views. The all-inclusive package was the best I've experienced, allowing us to indulge in the menus of five different restaurants, all included. The 5-star property boasted an incredible infinity pool, a private beach, and complimentary activities like kayaking. Access to the neighboring Hotel Mousai and its restaurant was also a great perk. The attentive and friendly staff, excellent spa, and spacious, comfortable rooms added to the overall experience. I appreciated the numerous improvements made since our last stay, making Garza Blanca even more beautiful and enjoyable.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious experience beyond our expectations. the exclusive amenities, from the Spa & wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool, were exceptional. the entertainment offered was top-notch, and lounge areas were the perfect space for unwinding. the manicure and pedicure services, as well as the body wraps and beauty treatments, were delightful.

the staff quickly resolved it with their efficient response and made sure it did not happen again.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and close to a pristine beach. the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the daily activities offered by the hotel, especially the poolside games and the live music.

Our Easter vacation was ruined by the overcrowding of the hotel. the lines at check-in were long, and there was not enough staff to handle the influx of guests.
