The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly, making check-in a smooth process despite the busyness.

The dinner buffet was a bit chaotic with inadequate staffing, leading to difficulties in locating a table and receiving drink service.

A beautiful private beach just a short stroll away, complete with mud pits and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety. I particularly enjoyed the omelettes.

However, my room had a pesky A/C issue, leading to an uncomfortable first night. Service could be slow at times, especially during busy hours at the restaurant.

The staff knew how to take care of me. The moment I arrived, Mr Alla Musalam greeted me warmly and offered me a complimentary drink! My room had a beautiful view of the sea and Israeli shores, and I think I might have spent hours just staring at it. Plus, every day I got two bottles of water and coffee in my room, very nice touch! !

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still all right.

my stay was memorable with direct access to the stunning Dead Sea beach and the attentive staff who made our experience enjoyable, especially the bar tender who served fantastic cocktails in the lounge.

Got to say the staff were incredibly welcoming even offered complimentary drinks on arrival. Had a spacious room with a balcony that had stunning views of the Dead Sea every morning, made waking up feel special.

Just a smart choice for spending a night in Sweimeh with incredible value for money. The staff were so welcoming. one of them even helped apply the Dead Sea mud on us by the beach, making it a unique experience. Consider trying the a la carte menu for a quick bite. it was affordable and tasty.

the outdoor area is great with several swimming pools and towels provided. the shower rooms near the beach could use more maintenance and cleanliness.

our room had a really bad drainage problem in the bath. but the pool area was lovely with easy beach access. breakfast options were varied and quite good. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like the private beach, swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped serve my elderly parents. I’m coming back for a holiday!
