As a business traveler, I loved the friendly staff, especially Sarah at reception. The hotel's location was convenient with plenty of food options nearby, as well as King Hussein Park and City Mall. The hotel's attached cafe, Fayrouz Cafe, was a great convenience, and having a pharmacy next door was a plus. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and clean, with a free room upgrade from deluxe to superior. The breakfast at Selma restaurant offered a good mix of Arabic and western options.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Amman and we enjoyed the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns in the lobby. the hotel's location is great, as it is close to a bustling market and a popular park, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was not properly cleaned, as we found stray hairs and dust in various places. the bed sheets were stained in some areas and the towels were not as clean as we would have liked.
