The host, Nasser, made me feel right at home with his warm hospitality and genuine care. The hostel itself was spotless and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including hot showers and privacy curtains in the dorms. The rooftop terrace was my favorite spot, offering stunning views and a true taste of Jordanian hospitality. I highly recommend this hostel for its unbeatable location, cleanliness, and Nasser's exceptional service.

The central location was perfect for exploring the city. Close to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy. The rooftop kitchen was a great bonus for preparing meals and enjoying a cup of tea while taking in the views.

On one occasion, there was excessive noise at night, disrupting sleep. The lack of doors and curtains separating the rooms resulted in noise from the common area and neighboring rooms reaching the bed.

The beds are super comfortable and each has its own curtain, socket, and light for added privacy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. The common areas are cozy and welcoming, with free coffee and water refills. It truly felt like a home away from home.
