We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent hotel facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the sights. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing impeccable service throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a great spot, just a short walk to the cathedral and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, always quick to respond to any requests through What's app. The breakfast staff was friendly and ensured a good start to the day. The hotel had quirky rooms and good facilities. The Michelin star restaurant was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

The TV in the room could have had better channels or connectivity with mobile devices. Also, the room was a bit too modern and had some inconvenient placements for the washbasin and TV.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday! Great location in the heart of the old town and close to all the main attractions. Loved the friendly staff, who were always willing to help with any questions or recommendations we needed. the rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight; with stunning views of the city and a bar serving delicious drinks. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, with a wide selection of tasty dishes to choose from.

The room decor could have been better. Some of the modern features were hard to figure out, like turning on the shower and the bedside light.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and bars, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The morning bathroom service provided by Branko, the Butler, was a delightful touch, accompanied by a glass of rose champagne and a chilled towel. The room was modern and clean, equipped with luxurious amenities such as L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Guests also appreciated the daily provision of glass bottled water during turn down service.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to operate the shower and bedside light in the room.
