My stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Amman was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel at home and comfortable. The restaurants were of an excellent standard, especially the breakfast at Ambrose which had plenty of delicious options. The personal touches, like receiving a letter with a jar of Zaatar and fine olive oil as a gift, made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is fairly new, but the service and amenities are impeccable. The decor throughout the hotel is elegant and of great quality, and my room was remarkably spacious with a luxurious bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. this has been the best hotel experience I have had so far and I will definitely be returning on future visits to the city.

We had a fantastic weekend! The complimentary breakfast and room upgrade were a great treat! The hotel is situated in a great location with beautiful views from the city view rooms. The pool area was perfect for relaxation with amazing cocktails.

Smoking was allowed in the indoor restaurant and creeping into our room. The smoking situation needs better management.

From the moment I stepped into this jaw-dropping hotel, I was blown away by the excellent service provided by the staff. The receptionist, Abdullah, welcomed me in such a classy and respectful manner, and his colleagues, Hassan and Faris, were equally gentle and accommodating. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with delicious and tasty food served by an amazing staff, including Anas, who was not only respectful and smart but also displayed great leadership skills. The spa was a haven of relaxation, thanks to Areej and Sara, who were incredibly nice. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I will definitely prioritize the Marriott Group in the future.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The spa and wellness center was a sanctuary, with a steam room and a full body massage that melted away any stress. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a leisurely swim. The restaurant's special diet menu catered to my dietary restrictions and the private facilities made me feel exclusive. The location advantage of being close to the city center was ideal for exploring the local culture.

The live entertainment was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Overall the venue was beautiful and new, but the back massage service was lacking.

Phenomenal building and facilities, excellent location in city center. Friendly staff, especially the driver Raid. Great food at Roberto's restaurant. Super clean and luxurious.
