The room was spacious and had an extra bed for our child, which made our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was maintained every day, which we appreciated.

The hotel facilities, including the elevator and the air conditioning with easy control, were excellent. The parking space right next to the hotel was convenient and affordable. The location was perfect, being very close to the city center and within walking distance to Britanska Trg and Bana Josipa Jelacica. Additionally, the staff was professional, always kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided a great choice of different food for every taste. On the final day, we were pleasantly surprised to find shampoo, body wash, and body lotion available in the room.

The spacious rooms with generous bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, meeting the standards of a 4-star hotel. the breakfast served to order was a great way to avoid crowded buffet areas and enjoy a varied and rich meal.

The cleaning of the room was not consistent, and I had to request cleaning multiple times during my stay. The towels provided were of poor quality, thin and worn out, some even falling apart.
